Student Agreement & Course Terms

 

By enrolling in Mastering Luminous Landscapes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Course Access

Your enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course materials through Kajabi.

Access is intended solely for the enrolled student. Your login details, course videos, PDFs, downloads, and all other course materials must not be shared, copied, distributed, reproduced, or made available to others without prior written permission.

All course content remains the intellectual property of Kris Ancog and is protected by copyright law.

Unauthorised sharing of course content or account access may result in suspension or termination of your course access in accordance with these terms.

2. Account Security

Your course account is intended for your personal use only.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please do not share your username or password with others.

To protect the integrity of the course and ensure a fair learning experience for all students, access may be monitored for unusual login activity, including simultaneous logins from multiple locations or devices that suggest account sharing.

If account sharing or unauthorised use is reasonably suspected, access to the course may be temporarily suspended while the activity is reviewed. Where a breach of these terms is confirmed, access may be terminated without refund.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help secure your account.

3. Course Delivery

To help you build a strong foundation without becoming overwhelmed, the course is delivered in three stages using a scheduled release ("drip") format.

The course modules are released as follows:

  • Part 1: Available immediately upon enrolment
  • Part 2: Released 7 days after enrolment
  • Part 3: Released 14 days after enrolment

This structure has been intentionally designed to encourage steady progress and allow you to focus on mastering each stage before moving to the next.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this release schedule.

4. Refund Policy

I genuinely want every student to feel confident in their investment.

If, within 7 days of purchase, you determine that the course is not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund provided that:

  • you submit your request within 7 calendar days of purchase; and
  • you have viewed less than 10% of the total course content.

This policy is designed to allow you to explore the course while protecting the value and integrity of the complete program.

Refund requests should be emailed to the course support email provided inside the course.

Nothing in this refund policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Educational Purpose

Mastering Luminous Landscapes is an educational program intended to teach artistic techniques, principles, and creative processes.

While the course is designed to help students improve their painting skills, individual results will vary depending on factors including practice, commitment, experience, and application of the material. No guarantees are made regarding artistic, financial, or business outcomes.

6. Student Responsibility

By enrolling, you acknowledge that your progress depends on your own effort and practice.

You are responsible for:

  • completing the lessons at your own pace;
  • applying the techniques demonstrated throughout the course;
  • participating respectfully within any course community or live sessions.

7. Intellectual Property

All videos, demonstrations, worksheets, written materials, photographs, graphics, lesson content, and downloadable resources are the exclusive intellectual property of Kris Ancog unless otherwise stated.

You may use these materials solely for your personal learning.

You may not:

  • upload course content to any website or social media platform;
  • record or redistribute the lessons;
  • reproduce or sell any course materials;
  • use the content to create competing educational products or training programs.

8. Community Standards

If you participate in any course discussions, live sessions, or community spaces, you agree to communicate respectfully and professionally.

Harassment, abusive behaviour, discrimination, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the community without refund.

9. Changes to the Course

From time to time, lessons, bonuses, resources, or platform features may be updated or improved to provide the best possible learning experience.

These updates do not constitute grounds for a refund.
